Be the first point of contact with the customer and take appropriate action as required.
Ensure that the management of the company is fully aware of all potential risks and topics related to the client, and the use of appropriate communication and escalation.
Manage financial accounts of the project with a focus on priority collection of invoices to prevent the accumulation or suspension of debts
Assist in minimizing and preventing invoice discounts arising from sanctions and providing monthly justification for company sanctions and corrective actions taken
Provide the weekly report of the project manager, which contains all the details and statements required..
Attend weekly management meetings as required.
Make recommendations on additional personnel requirements and contribute to employment, training and health and safety issues
Acting on other project managers when necessary.
Play a pivotal role in identifying areas for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
10 years of experience in a leadership or management role
Experience managing projects under different contractual models.
Proactive and highly organized, experience in coordinating multiple teams in remote locations within a complex/matrixed organization.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in project management of large or mega projects.
