We are a leading third-party inspection and testing company operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all inspection, testing, and quality control operations at various client sites.
Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025).
Lead and manage inspection engineers, NDT technicians, and support staff.
Act as the primary client liaison for project updates and technical support.
Handle resource allocation, equipment procurement, and budgeting.
Conduct internal audits and support external inspections from certification bodies.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
Master’s degree / MBA / PMP certification is a plus.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of NDT (UT, RT, PT, MT, VT), calibration, QA/QC practices.
Familiarity with industry codes: API, ASNT, ISO, Aramco/SABIC/RC standards.

Strong field experience in oil & gas, industrial, or construction projects.

Preferred Certifications:

ASNT Level II/III
ISO Lead Auditor
PMP, NEBOSH/IOSH (HSE)

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and client handling abilities
Problem-solving under pressure

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
