Role Description

1. Participate in the creation of new designs and collections:

2. Develop a creative and collaborative work environment:

• Provide ideas for improving the work environment, both in terms of organization and team motivation.

• Contribute to events and promotions that reflect the brand's identity.

3. Customer Service and Sales:

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.

• Advise customers on the latest designs and trends.

• Assist them in choosing sizes and styles that suit their tastes and needs.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase sales.

• Familiarity with all fashion details, such as materials, care methods, and available designs.

• Explain product features to customers in a professional manner.

• Find out the latest fashion trends and new collections at **IKH Fashion**.

• Providing after-sales service, such as following up on customer satisfaction with their purchases.

• Suggesting fashion styles via social media (if included in their duties).

• Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging them to return.

• Know your monthly sales goal and develop a plan to achieve it.

• Divide your Target sales into daily and weekly goals for easy tracking and gradual achievement.

• Continuously analyze your personal performance to identify strengths and improve weaknesses.
