Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or database.
Explain project features, benefits, and pricing over the phone.
Generate and schedule site visits or virtual tours.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and nurture client relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success.
Provide timely feedback and market insights to the management team.

Skills

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
