Job Title: Senior HR Officer

Location: Amman, Jordan (Must reside in Amman)

Position Summary:

Taleen is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior HR Officer to support and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, particularly in developing and implementing KPIs, SOPs, codes of conduct, company policies, and job descriptions. A strong understanding of organizational structures and HR best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR and cross-functional departments.
Maintain and enforce the company’s Code of Conduct and ensure compliance across all departments.
Support in drafting and updating job descriptions in line with organizational needs.
Assist in handling employee relations, performance management, and HR reporting.
Ensure HR practices align with local labor laws and internal standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Strong experience in building and applying KPIs, SOPs, and HR policies.
Proven ability to develop and update Codes of Conduct and Job Descriptions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
Excellent knowledge of Jordanian labor laws.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be residing in Amman.
