SA+a is seeking an experienced and professional ‘Receptionist / Secretary’ to join our team in Amman, Jordan.

What will you be doing?

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively while providing administrative and HR support.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing office communications, including answering calls, handling correspondence, to emails, and scheduling meetings.
Organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation.
Handling office HR procedures including candidate screening, onboarding, employee attendance, payroll coordination, inquiries addressing, etc.
Assisting in preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers as needed.
Handling office inventory, supplies, and maintenance to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Providing administrative support to the management team, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
Assisting with event planning, scheduling, and logistical support for team activities.

Who you are?

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
