Preparation of Inspection Request (Material Inspection Request, Work Inspection Request).
Maintaining QA dashboards that include parameters and metrics for taking appropriate actions.
Keeping QA dashboards up-to-date with relevant KPIs and other project-centric technical details.
Prepare inspection request documents for products through proper categorization.
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality management systems, experience in API Q1 quality management system, and have led the operation of API Q1.
Responsible for the operation of the company's API Q1 quality management system.
Responsible for monitoring the key control points of production to ensure process standardization.
Responsible for the operation of other management systems of the company.
Participate in the R&D and trial production process of new products and provide suggestions and opinions from the perspective of quality control.
Organize and carry out internal quality training to improve employees' quality awareness.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
Well-versed in using AutoCAD and all its functionalities, including 2D detailing and 3D module.
Established work exposure at an engineering firm in the role of a QA/QC Engineer.
Professional education in Engineering from a reputed university. (Bachelor's preferred)
Experience in API Q1 quality management system, and have led the operation of API Q1.
Able to communicate in English and Arabic and have the ability to write and read English.
