Be responsible for work permit requests, including processing application workflows, allocating permissions, and maintaining access rights to ensure security and compliance.
Undertake Aramco ID applications, follow up on the full Aramco ID application process, promptly resolve issues arising during the application, and ensure employees obtain IDs smoothly.
Manage document control, standardize operations for document receipt, storage, organization, distribution, and archiving, and establish a sound document management system for easy file retrieval and review.
When the Work Permit Office in the Green Zone is open, manage work permits, including the application, review, issuance, extension, and recycling processes, ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Continuously familiarize with and optimize Aramco’s temporary access application process and ID card application process, propose process improvement suggestions, and enhance work efficiency and service quality.

Skills

Working experience in the oil and gas industry, familiar with Aramco work permit workflows and specifications, and understanding of relevant systems and management models within the industry.
Proficient in business knowledge and operational processes related to Aramco ID applications, document control, and work permit management.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve work-related issues promptly.
Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude to ensure the accuracy of all tasks and strict compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
Certain problem-solving and adaptability skills to handle unexpected situations and complex issues encountered in work.
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
