The Recruitment Specialist plays a important role in sourcing, attracting, shortlisting and staffing top talent candidates for a challening project in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment processes and a deep understanding of the EPC and Construction Projects to effectively identify and engage potential candidates. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with various departments to ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify, source the CVS.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
