Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy.
- Recommend appropriate tests to be included in the scope by third-party testing teams.
- Manage test quality and performance across projects.
- Oversee knowledge management for testing projects.
- Own and maintain QA automation frameworks.
- Build a plan for cross-functional knowledge sharing within the client-managed services testing team.
- Manage automation and performance tools effectively.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented approach and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Champion agility and continuous improvement in the testing process.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and conduct information-gathering sessions.
- Act as a liaison between the client-managed services testing team and third-party testing teams for each project.
- Collaborate on initiatives based on client demand.
- Align with the client IT Excellence Falcon process team to ensure compliance with existing processes by third-party testing teams.
- Identify and prepare any missing artifacts in alignment with client processes for implementation.
- Ensure proper scope coverage by third-party testing teams and align test deliverables.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance and testing management.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
