This role is responsible for improving technical and repair performance across aftersales operations by enhancing instructor capabilities, evaluating training processes, and ensuring alignment with OEM and company standards. The specialist will lead the development and delivery of impactful training programs, support quality assurance initiatives, and promote a “Fix It Right the First Time” culture.
Key duties include collaborating with aftersales teams to identify training needs, designing skills assessments, managing certification and skill contests, and continuously innovating the training environment. Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills are essential to ensure operational excellence and internal customer satisfaction. ensure to summarize and prepare training materials, report, provide all necessary support to facilitate training activities.
Skills
- Knowledge Technician & Body and Paint Operation / Knowledgeable on manual / Know how to use computer / Had Teaching experience.
- Education Technical graduate / Engineering is plus.
- Certifications - TTT (Train the Trainer) or similar. - Certified as Step 3 Technical Trainer ( MMC & FUSO)
- Experience 5-7 years hands on. Job related Skills Good English communication / can speak Arabic
- Supervise Instructor Technical /Electrical /Staff
- Existence location in KSA with immediate joining is a must
