We are looking for a qualified and experienced Deputy Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department in daily operations and assist in the implementation of HR strategies. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, hands-on experience in HR functions, and strong communication skills.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with Finance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Maintain employee relations and help resolve workplace issues
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and up to date
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain HR systems and generate reports when needed
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives
- Stay updated with Saudi labor law and ensure compliance
Skills
- Saudi National (Female)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or similar field
- 8–14 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Good knowledge of HR systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
