We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance Team.
Work Experience - 4 to 5 Years of Payroll Accounting experience
Education - Bachelor in Accounting/Diploma in Accounting or related field
Preparation and Execution of Payroll
- Calculation of monthly salaries
- Resolution of payroll related issues with HR
- Tracking of employees advances
- Monitor employees leave balances submitted by HR
Payroll Bookkeeping / Accounting
- Prepare and maintain all fringes/benefits of employees
- Maintain monthly/periodical accruals related to employees cost
- Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
- Update general ledger and payroll files
- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting (MOL)
- Perform any other tasks assigned by FM
Finance Team Support
- Support finance team to close monthly closing activities
- Organizing and execution of weekly/ad hoc payments on bank portal
- Support in liaising with external auditor in lie with people cost and other matters
IKTVA Reporting
- Prepare and maintain employees related IKTVA data
- Support in executing IKTVA audit
Skills
- Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll
- Strong grip/ knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good computational skills
- Attentive and particular to details
- Good report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
