Job Purpose:
To oversee the full execution of the project on-site, ensuring it is completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and required quality standards, while managing all site teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, and organize all project activities on-site.
- Supervise site teams (engineers, technicians, workers) and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitor the budget and costs, ensuring compliance with financial limits.
- Review drawings and ensure precise implementation.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to safety and occupational health standards on-site.
- Attend regular meetings with stakeholders and resolve daily site issues.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or site management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software such as (Primavera - MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
