This role will be crucial in managing financial planning, ensuring compliance, and delivering strategic insights to improve our financial performance.Duties & Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis•Develop and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.•Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to senior management.Financial Reporting•Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.•Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate the audit process.Cash Flow Management•Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.•Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital.Compliance and Risk Management•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including tax compliance and financial controls.•Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.Team Leadership•Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.•Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stakeholder Engagement•Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.•Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.Continuous Improvement•Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic financial planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.•5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial management.•Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and practices.•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.•Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.•Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
