Key responsibilitiesproject planning and schedulingresource and time managementprogress and reportingrisk management and identificationstakeholder management, subcontractor coordination and extensive communication & collaboration up and downstreamable to present and protect the programwork within the leadership team to hit targets and achieve success as a collectivebudget and cost control – working in tandem with commercial department on sitechange management and recovery programs to push within the construction teams on sitelook at outputs and see where efficiency and changes can be made Can you handle a client, baseline, changes and communicate with all parties both internal and external. Can you have a honest conversation with the Construction Management team and sub-contractors to report actual versus projected.
