We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team! In this role, you will work in the field to connect with service providers such as salons, barbers, and spas, signing them up as vendors for our platform/services. You’ll be the face of our company, building relationships, driving vendor partnerships, and helping us expand our network. This position offers a competitive monthly salary plus commission based on your performance.
- Actively seek out and approach potential vendors (salons, barbers, spas, etc.) in your assigned area.
- Present our services, explain benefits, and secure vendor sign-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for vendor acquisitions.
- Provide regular updates on progress and market feedback to the sales team.
- Travel within your designated region to meet clients (car preferred).
Skills
- Proven Sales Ability: Experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to pitch services and build trust with vendors.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Negotiation Skills: Confidence in closing deals and handling objections effectively.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a car (preferred for fieldwork).
- Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with the beauty, grooming, or wellness industry is a plus but not required.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a flexible schedule.
