Job description
Determines needed maintenance and diagnose cause of malfunction, test drive or refer to test technician as necessary, and or other checklists.
Schedule, route, and prioritize job sequence, as inputs, for further processing and maintenance by the concerned team members.
Record, monitor, and maintain customer and vehicle data to ensure proper manipulation and follow up for job orders on further stages.
Collaborate, consult and recommend about any complaints or any queries upon checking or reviewing the service history.
State, record, and issue clear repair instructions that cover all issues discussed and agreed with the customer to ensure right billing.
Establishes “time promised” check with person responsible for work distribution, if necessary.
Repaired vehicles are parked in an area that is convenient for customer pick-up, for taking the customer to the vehicle, or for bringing the vehicle to the customer.
Ensure that Service appointment is made timely and conveniently.
Contacts with customers and remind them of recommended maintenance needs and other available services.
Update customer database if owner's name changed.
Promote the sale of parts and accessories by advising, consulting and persuading the customers in presenting attracting points on such parts.
Skills
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's or diploma Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or other specifications
Minimum Experience:
4 years Experiences in Automotive.
Other requirement:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver results in time.
• Excellent oral/written communication.
