Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment, human resources, and cleaning services industry operations while assisting the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Generate client leads and enter data accurately
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Maintain records of sales data and client information
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with the sales team
- Draft proposals and quotations for clients
Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or sales support, especially in the cleaning services industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and commitment
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments
- Background in recruitment agencies, manpower outsourcing, or facility services
