What you'll do
The SAP Sales Associate will work with SAP to support the operational aspects of our SAP Resell (Solex) business and support the wider SAP partnership. The primary focus is to facilitate deals that are sold through SAP and support the SAP CoSell motion. The SAP Sales Associate is an interface and liaison between SAP, DocuSign Partner Account Managers, , Account Executives Partner deal operations, ensuring that deal processes run smoothly.
Additional duties will be to keep SAP up to date with information on special bids, details about upcoming renewals aspects of account consumption.
This role is expected to work closely with Partner Account Managers, SAP Account Executives, Docusign Account Executives, Partner Deal Operations and Customer Success Managers
Responsibilities:
- You will be required to work on operational aspect of the SAP relationship such as forecasting, opportunity registrations, acting as the key point of contact supporting the EMEA Docusign SAP Partner team to ensure Docusign Sales and Customer Success account teams are aligned with SAP field teams in EMEA
- Develop GTM plans with the EMEA SAP Partner team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Execute GTM activities and support cross functional teams on activities such as onsite training, email campaigns, remote training sessions, webinars, and events
- Support the Docusign Account teams and Partner teams in SAP deals cycle for both SAP Newco and Renewals
- Manage pipeline generation and revenue forecast reporting
- Leverage existing relationship at SAP to influence decision makers, increase mindshare, and accelerate engagement from partners
- Forge strong Docusign-internal relationships with key managers and stakeholder support organizations in a dynamic and growing environment to ensure the right people are connected at the right time
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

- Experience of channel partner or direct sales experience in a Channel Account Manager role or a quota-carrying equivalent role
- Strong focus on tactical execution
- Hardworking initiative with a strong go-getter work attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Team player who can collaborate across the org with various departments
- Internal based role with some travel may be required depending on territory/region coverage
Preferred:
- Experience in a SaaS company, preferably in a Sales, Business Development or Marketing role
- German language is a plus
