Job Purpose•To lead and perform all Landscape, Hardscape and Softscape (LSHSSS) Engineering and Architecture activities including support functions such as irrigation system during design and construction to ensure successful operation of LSHSSS areas to meet industry standards and project requirements. Key AccountabilitiesLSHSS Management•Perform all activities related to developing and implementing LSHSSS strategies encompassing projects' engineering and construction aspects.•Review engineering designs, technical documentation, and proposals to ensure quality and compliance.•Execute the activities related to LSHSS system design and provide technical support during procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring seamless project delivery.•Ensure that projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.•Collaborate with the quality department to establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain the reliability and performance of LSHSS systems.•Participate in providing technical guidance and support for complex LSHSS engineering challenges.•Perform regular inspections, audits, and performance evaluations, as well as execution and activities to identify areas for improvement.•Implement measures to optimize system efficiency and compliance with sustainability objectives.•Conduct activities for identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost-savings.SKILLS•Perform any related duties or assignments as directed.•Foundational knowledge in LSHSS Design and Construction Supervision.•Foundational knowledge in applicable codes, standards and regulations.•Foundational knowledge in in handling LSHSSS project initiation and execution.•Solid understanding of industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements•Foundational knowledge in LSHSSS with associated disciplines as Irrigation & Exterior Lighting.•Foundational knowledge in project management skills and Excellent knowledge of project life cycle.•Foundational knowledge in technical report writing skills.•Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)•Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and software used within the organization.•Demonstrates understanding of the cultural and professional environment in KSA and the GCC region.•Good understanding of relevant market practices, applicable laws & regulations with the ability to interpret and apply knowledge to ensure compliance.•Familiarity with essential technical skills related to the role, with an ability to build competence through training and hands-on experience.•Demonstrate proficiency in essential soft skills as per the Competency Framework based on the role’s level of responsibility.
•Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field from a reputable university.•Professional accreditations and credentials, if any, will add value.
