Job Summary:
To be able to perform task independently with utmost efficiency and profitability and
responsibility on day to day operation supervision, assuring stores runs in
accordance with policies, codes and procedures for the company.
KPI’s:
- Achieve store targets. (Sales / QSC ).
- Control Variance supported by variance report.
- Implement all cash policy verified by cash audits and reports .
- Meet standard of behavior (Communication, Cooperation, Punctuality, Team work, put customer first)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting physical inventory of the balances of materials in the warehouse.
2. Alert and report any variances of materials to the Second Assistant Manager.
3. Get rid of expired and damaged products daily according to company rules.
4. Follow up the daily revenues and ensure that received by financial department.
5. Ensure that the company’s cash policy is followed with all honesty.
6. Must be aware regarding using & keeping the computer & cash register machines.
7. Ensure & understanding the Company Goal “Working together to satisfy our customers makes them
feel as top priority”.
8. Must be aware by all Crew, Cashier Job descriptions & responsibilities and able to replace them in
case of emergency & rush time.
9. Ensure the highest level of QSC standards in the store at all times.
10. Aware of all receiving procedures form HERFY’s warehouse & outside suppliers & able to ensure
that the received items are meet HERFY’s quality standards.
11. Aware of the stocking dry, Cold & frozen items rules & procedures according to the company’s rules
regarding this issue.
12. Aware of all the company methods & procedures regarding accounting, inventories, payroll etc.
13. Able to enforce all company’s rules regarding labor, waste & yield in his shift.
14. Able to implement & enforce the company rules regarding cooking procedures & maintain quality
for the finish products.
15. To keep the store clean and ensure the safety of the food we serve to the customers.
16. Follow the company rules regarding commitment with the personnel appearance & personnel
hygienic rules inside the store.
17. Follow up & enforce regarding safety procedures inside the store.
18. Report to his Second assistant manager or First assistant in case of any observations,
comments or complains.
19. Guide, help & correct the performance for the newly hired crew staff.
20. Able to entertain the customer in case of suggestion or complains.
Skills
Competences:
- Customer service work experience is essential .
- Should be flexible and with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
- Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience .
- Previous Restaurant Supervision experience is required.
