SPAR Tullow require an experienced Manager to manage their Supermacs Franchise.The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, providing leadership to their team, dealing with the day-to-day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and people management skills. Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years' experience at supervisory level in the catering/hospitality sector, be able to work a 39-hour week.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing up to 15 members of staff
- Ensure compliance with company standards, prioritising safety and quality
- Work collaboratively with the team, treating all staff with respect
- Follow company guidelines and training in food preparation, production, and storage
- Maintain a professional image on and off the premises
- Provide a warm and friendly service to customers consistently
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer engagement and daily revenue
