About the Role
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Hard Services Lead to oversee technical service
delivery at our client's flagship HQ in Dublin 2. This is a pivotal leadership role in a next-generation

As the Hard Services Lead, you will drive operational excellence and ensure seamless delivery of all
technical services, maintenance programs, and compliance standards within a modern, forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Do
• Oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) building systems, ensuring operational uptime and
compliance.
• Deliver and optimize Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using smart building technologies
and data analytics.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for the site and lead on all service delivery.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of on-site engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate scheduling and resourcing for all planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Use Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT platforms to improve asset performance and
energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, proactive communication with the
client.
• Be available for on-call support outside of regular hours as needed to respond to critical issues
or emergencies, ensuring continuity of operations in this high-profile environment.

What You'll Need
• 5 years of experience in facilities or building services management, ideally within a smart or
sustainable workplace.
• Technical qualification or trade certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
engineering.
• Strong understanding of smart building operations and certifications such as LEED, WELL, and
ISO standards.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or coordinating technical teams.
• Proficiency in BMS and CMMS tools and a strong grasp of energy management practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to meet on-site requirements (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, working at height).
