We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our tyre manufacturing operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving operational targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the entire tyre production process to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.- Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with business goals and customer demands.- Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce wastage.- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance and development objectives.- Analyze production data and generate regular reports for senior management.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management within the tyre manufacturing facility is a must for this role - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols in tyre production.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.- Proficiency in production planning and data analysis tools.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.- Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and work in a multicultural environment.
