We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all major social media platforms, possess a talent for content creation, and demonstrate technical proficiency in photography, video production, and graphic design. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing engaging social media campaigns that elevate our brand presence and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create compelling content including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts tailored to each platform
- Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns to support marketing goals and brand awareness
- Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for use in social content and campaigns
- Design engaging visuals and promotional materials using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing professional social media accounts
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation (images, graphics, videos, etc.)
- Proficiency in photography and video production/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom)
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
