We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Architect to lead cutting-edge research and development projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural design skills with a passion for technological advancement, spearheading initiatives that shape the future landscape of our industry.Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion in a research-driven environment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies into architectural solutions.- Develop and present detailed architectural proposals, blueprints, and specifications.- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to ensure project viability and alignment with research objectives.- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.- Stay current with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and incorporate them into projects.- Ensure all architectural designs comply with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory standards and sustainability practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; advanced certifications preferred.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design within research and development sectors.- Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects with innovative technology integration.- Strong proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and other design tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate.- Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable collaborating across diverse teams.- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s building codes, environmental standards, and cultural considerations.
