Job Title: Junior Human Resources Specialist (2–3 Year Experience)
Location: Amman – Full-time – On-site
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Amman. This is a junior-level role, ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 year of experience. The candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and schedule job interviews.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
- Handle daily office administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Help foster a positive work environment and promote the company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Establish and structure the company's HR department by defining internal workflows, policies, and systems.
- Develop and document official company policies that ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with legal
requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations, documentation, and exit
formalities.
- Track attendance and leave records and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll
processing.
- Ensure full compliance with Jordanian labor laws and internal company policies, resolving employee-related
issues professionally.
- Support performance evaluation cycles, internal communications, and initiatives that promote employee
engagement.
Recruitment & Talent Strategy
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and
onboarding.
- Maintain a centralized, well-categorized candidate database based on skills, experience levels, and
availability.
- Develop and manage a structured Candidate Data Pipeline to track all recruitment stages:
Sourced > Contacted > Screened > Interviewed > Shortlisted > Offered > Hired > Onboarded > Rejected
- Ensure a professional, consistent Candidate Journey from first contact through onboarding.
- Generate regular recruitment analytics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate flow) and apply
insights to refine recruitment efficiency.
Strategic Talent Pipeline Building
As the sole HR professional in a company centered around sourcing and delivering top tech talent, you play a
critical role in continuously developing a robust talent pipeline. Focus areas include:
- Software Engineers
- Data Engineers
- Data Engineering Managers
- Software Engineering Managers
- QA Professionals
- Other specialized technical roles

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or office administration.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other basic software tools.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
