We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our leading law firm in Riyadh. This role offers an excellent opportunity to specialize in corporate law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex transactions and regulatory matters within one of the region’s most prestigious legal practices.Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts and agreements.- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on new laws and regulations affecting the corporate sector.- Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage significant client relationships and develop innovative legal strategies.- Assist in leading due diligence processes and ensure compliance with local and international legal requirements.- Mentor junior associates and contribute to the continuous development of the legal team.
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia with a strong background in corporate law.- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience working in a reputable law firm or in-house corporate legal department.- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver under tight deadlines.- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.- Proactive, client-focused with a strong commitment to providing practical and commercially sound legal advice.- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior team members.
