User Management Advisor:
Job Description:
1-Proactively identify and acquire high-value users through social platforms, internal referrals, agency connections, and other channels.
2-Develop targeted acquisition strategies, including 1-on-1 engagement, personalized benefits packages, and customized communication to increase conversion rates.
3-Drive registration, initial recharge, and first spending behavior of high-value users in coordination with the operations team.
4-Build and maintain strong relationships with top users, ensuring ongoing engagement and long-term monetization retention.
5-Track revenue performance from acquired users, optimize acquisition channels and strategies, and improve overall ROI.
6-Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer support teams to launch exclusive features, services, and campaigns for top users.
Requirements :
1-Experience in BD for live streaming, e-commerce, or short video platforms. Prior experience in recruiting and signing streamers is preferred.
2-Strong communication and business negotiation skills; able to independently drive the conversion and onboarding of key users. Strong goal orientation, able to work under pressure, and capable of executing tasks efficiently in a high-intensity environment.
3-Data-sensitive, with an understanding of revenue structure and the ability to identify high-ROI opportunities.
4-Sales experience is a plus; familiarity with the Middle East market is preferred.
5-Proficiency in English and Arabic as working languages is preferred.
