HR Specialist | Location: Kherbet Al Souq – Sahab
As an HR Specialist in our warehouse and logistics facility, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions that support operational excellence and workforce management. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, compliance, HR systems management, disciplinary processes, and performance evaluations, all aligned with the dynamic environment of warehousing and logistics.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified warehouse and logistics personnel.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, interviewing, job offers, and smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations and Workforce Management
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and manage disciplinary actions including warnings and corrective measures.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and lateness, applying appropriate disciplinary procedures.
- Follow up on warehouse incidents, coordinate investigations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations, performance appraisals, and identify training needs.
Compensation and Payroll Administration
- Oversee payroll coordination to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Maintain compensation structures and support salary review processes, including incentives and bonuses.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and compensation policies.
HR Systems and Reporting
- Manage the HR Management System (HRMS) to maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and performance data.
- Generate HR analytics and reports on workforce metrics, lateness, disciplinary actions, incidents, and payroll for management review.
- Maintain and update employee contracts, policy manuals, and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
- Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements for warehouse operations.
- Keep documentation for audits, legal compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-6 years of HR experience, preferred in warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Proficient in HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, attendance management, disciplinary procedures, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
