Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement programs and activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents’ needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of resident activities, incidents, and staff performance.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and external service providers.

- Ensure that all living areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Skills
- Extensive experience in the construction sector
- Proven track record of leading and executing major projects (mixed-use, hotel, commercial, and residential) in the GCC region
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual), with excellent communication skills
