I've had an exciting call with a consultancy in Saudi who are gearing up for a strong period of growth!I've been tasked to assist the team on a senior role in Riyadh looking for a Director of Projects to lead the entire projects department. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a solid understanding of the KSA construction market. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets (both internal & external), and allocation of resources. They will also monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges and making sure objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.The company has a strong pipeline of projects with significant growth plans in place for the rest of this year and beyond. Please note, you MUST have KSA experience and be able to demonstrate all the qualities above. Fluency in English is critical for this role given the scale of clients you will be dealing with.
