8. Requirements
Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, PLC) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or tissue converting environment.
- Familiarity with tissue converting machinery and processes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate machine performance and identify improvements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and report findings.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
