Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer with 2–3 years of experience to support the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals by attracting and hiring top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Source candidates using different sourcing techniques, including database search, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate applicants’ qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Participate in employer branding and university outreach activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
