In this role, you will be working as part of the CDNT team with children from the age of 0-18 years, presenting with complex developmental needs. You will be joining a dynamic, family centred, interdisciplinary team with excellent access to supervision, training and further supports. The successful candidates will be required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provides services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates will work in partnership with families within a family centred model.
