Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of technology and strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and scale cross-functional teams including engineering, product, service assurance, and client success across multiple locations.
- Drive major change initiatives including technology migrations, acquisitions integration, and innovation in digital solutions.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks across regulated jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize cost structures and improve EBITDA through effective budget and vendor management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational resilience, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Champion data strategy, cybersecurity standards (including ISO 27001), and emerging technology adoption such as AI.
