The ideal candidate must have prior experience in educational institutions, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high quality food and service.Key Responsibilities:•Assist in planning and managing catering operations•Supervise kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations•Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards•Coordinate menus, special dietary requirements, and events•Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relationships•Support budgeting, cost control, and staff scheduling
