HR & Crew Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for an HR & Crew Logistics Coordinator who brings strong communication skills in English, an enthusiasm for people and process, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you will support the recruitment, coordination, and management of technical and operations crew while also handling essential HR tasks.
Your ability to adapt quickly, utilize AI tools effectively, and maintain an excellent organization will be key in ensuring our events run smoothly from a staffing and logistical perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate crew logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodation
- Maintain up-to-date crew databases and availability rosters
- Communicate clearly and professionally with local and international team members
- Use AI tools to streamline scheduling, data management, and internal communications
- Assist in performance tracking and evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
- Act as a liaison between the crew and management for all logistical and HR-related needs
- Prepare crew briefing documents and manage pre- and post-event reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or crew coordination
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Excellent knowledge of AI tools and platforms used in HR and logistics
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and scheduling tools
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- A naturally enthusiastic personality and team-first attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in the events, production, or entertainment industry
- Familiarity with crew/roster management platforms
- Multilingual skills (Arabic is a plus)
