We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to support our HR team through professional dashboard development and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI expertise, be capable of gathering business requirements from key stakeholders, and be confident in presenting data-driven insights. This role is outsourced (project-based) and focuses on turning HR data into actionable intelligence that drives decision-making
Main Responsibilities
- Gathers and analyzes reporting requirements from key HR stakeholders to design impactful dashboards and KPIs.
- Develops interactive and professional dashboards using Power BI, aligned with business needs.
- Translates complex HR data into clear insights that support HR team in effective decision-making.
- Builds reporting dashboards in areas such as Learning and development, Talent acquisition, Performance management, and Compensation & benefits.
- Collaborates with internal HR teams to understand evolving business needs and proactively adjusts reporting approaches.
- Ensures accuracy and consistency in HR data visualizations and dashboard updates.
- Supports ongoing optimization of HR reporting tools and solutions.
- Maintains confidentiality and integrity of employee data in all reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in Power BI development, in HR or People Analytics.
- Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint tools.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills using data.
- Experience in tracking HR metrics and using data to forecast trends
