Job Summary:
Capital Bank is looking for Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Implementer, who is responsible for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud applications from both a technical and functional perspective. This role involves configuring and customizing HCM modules, developing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The implementer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver a tailored HCM solution that meets business needs and optimizes HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management and Compensation.
- Configure HCM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Customize Oracle HCM applications to fit specific business processes and requirements.
- Develop and implement system integrations, data migration strategies, and other technical solutions as needed.
- Design and develop technical components such as reports and interfaces using Oracle HCM tools.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their HR processes and needs.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on Oracle HCM best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Manage system enhancements, patches, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Bank post-implementation to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are preferred.
- 3+ years of experience.
