Job Title: Senior ERP Tester (HCM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Tester to join our team, specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure seamless implementation and deployment of ERP solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for HCM modules.
2. Conduct thorough testing of HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
3. Identify, report, and track defects to resolution.
4. Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
5. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.
7. Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
9. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with business needs.
10. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Skills
Requirements:
Banking experience must
1. 8+ years of experience in ERP testing, with a focus on HCM modules, and a proven track record of leading testing initiatives.
2. Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems, including Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors, with in-depth knowledge of their configurations and customizations.
3. Advanced expertise in testing methodologies and tools, including test case development and execution, defect tracking, and test automation, with the ability to develop and implement testing strategies.
4. In-depth understanding of HCM business processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and performance management, with the ability to identify and prioritize business requirements.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify defects, and develop creative solutions.
6. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead testing teams, work effectively with stakeholders and development teams, and facilitate communication across multiple teams.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and negotiate priorities and timelines.
8. Advanced experience with test automation frameworks, such as UFT and Selenium, with the ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
9. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify defects, and develop data-driven testing strategies.
10. ERP testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or HCM module-specific certifications are a plus, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
