1. Independently handle technical management issues across projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and sound engineering judgment.2. Take the lead in project control and technical management tasks throughout the bidding and execution stages. This includes preparing project control plans, technical proposals, construction organization plans, and design optimization strategies.3. Collaborate with the department to address key and complex technical challenges in various projects and provide technical support to ensure smooth project delivery.4. Responsible for the review and optimization of project schedules and planning deliverables; project planning experience is a strong asset.5. Maintain close communication with consultants and effectively coordinate with third-party resources to resolve practical problems during implementation.6. Perform other duties assigned by the management and be open to short-term business travel.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree or above is preferred, but not mandatory.2. Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant engineering experience, with a strong background in technical management.3. Proven ability to independently manage and resolve complex technical issues across project stages.4. Professional membership or certification in engineering or project management-related institutions is a plus.5. Familiarity with international engineering practices and standards, especially those commonly applied in Middle East projects.6. Broad experience in project execution and technical control; experience in project planning and scheduling is a strong asset.7. Proficient in relevant engineering software; familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) is advantageous.8. Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
