Project ManagerPOSITION OBJECTIVE The role of a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia is pivotal in overseeing and delivering projects effectively within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. The candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and cultural sensitivity to meet the demands of various industries, including construction, IT, energy, healthcare, and more.The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders, managing project risks, and aligning projects with the strategic goals of the business or organization.Job Location: Riyadh/ Dammam/ Khobar/ DharanKey Responsibilities:Planning & Initiation:•Define Project Scope: Working with stakeholders to clarify project goals, objectives, and deliverables. •Develop Project Plans: Creating detailed plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets. •Identify and Manage Risks: Anticipating potential problems and developing mitigation strategies. •Resource Allocation: Determining the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) and assigning them to tasks. Execution & Monitoring:•Lead and Coordinate: Guiding the project team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. •Track Progress: Regularly monitoring project status against the plan, identifying deviations, and taking corrective actions. •Manage Changes: Adapting plans and timelines as needed to accommodate changes while maintaining project goals. •Communicate Effectively: Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and decisions. •Ensure Quality: Implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. •Manage Budget: Tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within allocated financial resources. Closing & Evaluation:•Project Closure: Officially ending the project, documenting lessons learned, and archiving project documentation. •Performance Evaluation: Assessing project outcomes against initial goals and identifying areas for improvement. •Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensuring that stakeholders are satisfied with the project outcome and the overall process.
