Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in 360° recruitment, outstanding sourcing abilities, and a proactive approach to closing roles across the
U.S. market. As a core member of our HR delivery team, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and
hiring top-tier talent for fast-growing U.S. companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, and Indeed to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Direct Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to build strong candidate pipelines for various roles.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.
- Interviewing: Conduct structured video interviews using Zoom or Google Meet to assess fit and communication skills.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with U.S.-based account managers to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of candidates through the hiring lifecycle using internal tools and trackers.
- Process Optimization: Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategy, screening quality, and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills (must-have).
- 2+ years of experience preferably recruiting for the U.S. market.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Upwork, and other sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated success with direct candidate outreach and building passive pipelines.
- Skilled in using video interview tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Strong evaluation and interviewing techniques across a variety of roles and levels.
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
- Collaborative, self-driven, and focused on delivering results quickly.
