This Role Plays A Critical Part In Developing And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Suppliers And Vendors And Ensuring Timely And Cost-Effective Procurement, Transportation, Inventory Control, And Distribution.Duties & Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and manage an efficient supply chain strategy aligned with business goals•Oversee procurement of furniture, accessories, and raw materials from international suppliers.•Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.•Optimize inventory levels and reduce overstock/understock scenarios across multiple showroom locations.•Collaborate with merchandising, showroom operations, sales, and VM teams to forecast demand and product availability.•Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms, lead times, and costs to ensure value and reliability.•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain, logistics, and vendor performance.•Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and product certifications.•Implement and improve ERP systems and processes to increase transparency and efficiency across the supply chain.•Lead and develop a team of procurement, logistics, product specialist and warehouse professionals.•Keep efficient stock from all items, re-ordering new stock after analyzing and auditing the stock data for each item.•Generate the stock reports such as re-order level report (ROL), stock reports, sales reports for all 13. items by category, vendor, and store, and slow moving and Stagnant items.•Contribution to the offers and campaigns ideas to enhance sales•Study, analyze and nominate the new items•Assist in the annual inventory in his category to solve all the stock issues•Keep updating the status of each SKU & audit on website as well as company’s other social media platforms.•Display Auditing of each showroom throughout, respectively.
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
