NOW HIRING – Technical Recruiter (Cybersecurity)

About the Client
Our partner is a rapidly expanding cybersecurity service provider in Riyadh that protects enterprise and government environments across the GCC. As they scale, we’re helping them hire an energetic, metrics‑driven recruiter who can source top cyber talent from Jordan and beyond—all while working remotely from Amman.
The Role
You’ll own full‑cycle recruitment for the client—sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates for roles such as SOC Analyst, GRC Consultant, Presales Engineer, and Sales Account Manager. Expect weekly outreach targets, tight time‑to‑hire goals, and daily collaboration with hiring managers in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines of pre‑qualified cybersecurity and go‑to‑market candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Drive multi‑channel sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, cyber forums) and consistently hit weekly call/email quotas.
- Conduct phone and video interviews, asking incisive questions to gauge technical depth, cultural fit, and growth potential; qualify or reject candidates with clear rationale.
- Partner with hiring managers—lead intake meetings, advise on job specs, salary benchmarks, and market insights, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Manage ATS workflows, track funnel metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to signed offer.
- Promote employer branding by sharing the client’s cyber leadership story via social content, events, and university outreach.

- Time‑to‑hire: ≤ 30 days
- Hiring‑manager satisfaction: ≥ 80 %
- 90‑day retention: ≥ 95 %
- Weekly outreach: Call/email quotas consistently met
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience—preferably in cybersecurity, IT consulting, or tech services
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding hiring quotas
- Fluent Arabic & professional English; excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced sourcing skills and ATS proficiency (Workable, etc.)
- High energy, strong organizational discipline, and passion for tech recruiting
Nice‑to‑Have
- Established network within Riyadh’s cyber ecosystem
- Familiarity with Saudi labour regulations, visa processes, and NCA/SAMA localisation requirements
- Experience launching referral, internship, or university hiring programs
