Market Development & Lead Generation•Identify and pursue new projects in the Saudi construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors•Utilize existing industry contacts to generate leads and secure business•Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company offerings2. Client Relationship Management•Maintain and grow a network of clients, consultants, and contractors•Conduct client meetings to understand needs and propose tailored prefab/portacabin solutions•Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures3. Sales & Proposal Coordination•Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to prepare competitive quotations•Present and explain technical and commercial proposals to clients•Finalize pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of contracts4. Market Strategy & Feedback•Analyze market trends and competitors within Saudi Arabia•Share client feedback and recommend service or product improvements•Help shape business development strategies aligned with company goals5. Reporting & Documentation•Maintain updated records of leads, client meetings, and closed deals•Submit regular progress reports and forecasts to management•Ensure all documentation and contracts are properly archived
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field•Minimum 5 - 10 years of business development experience in prefab or portacabin industry•Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)•Must have strong existing connections in the Saudi construction or industrial market•Valid Saudi driving license is required•Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills•Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
