The Cybersecurity GRC manager is responsible for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program(s). Governance risk and compliance manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of risk and compliance assessment programs. Leads a cybersecurity team, unit and/or enterprise level function.•Communicates cybersecurity risks and posture to senior management.•Communicates financial aspects of cybersecurity related activities to senior management.•Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery programs meet organizational requirements.•Ensures that protection and detection capabilities are aligned with the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies and other related documentation.•Ensures that decisions relating to cybersecurity are based on sound risk management principles.•Recognizes patterns of non-compliance with cybersecurity policies and related documentation to identify ways to improve the documentation. •Tracks audit findings and recommendations to ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are taken.•Ensures cybersecurity risks are identified and managed appropriately through the organization's risk governance process.•Manages vulnerability remediation.•Ensures the organization's cybersecurity requirements are considered in mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and other operations involving third parties.•Reviews cybersecurity strategy, policies and related documents to maintain compliance with applicable legislation and regulation.•Maintains knowledge of cybersecurity threats to the organization.•Ensures sound principles are reflected in the organization's mission, vision and goals.•Obtains resources to develop and implement effective processes to meet strategic cybersecurity goals.•Ensures appropriate data is collected and maintained to meet defined cybersecurity reporting requirements.•Promotes and demonstrates the value of cybersecurity to stakeholders within an organization.•Ensures that cybersecurity improvement actions are evaluated, implemented and reviewed as required.•Ensures that cybersecurity inspections, tests and reviews are coordinated for the network environment.•Ensures that cybersecurity requirements are included in all business continuity and disaster recovery planning operations.•Ensures that cybersecurity architecture design is aligned with the organization's cybersecurity strategy.•Evaluates development of new systems and processes to ensure that appropriate security controls are implemented.•Identifies alternative cybersecurity strategies to address organizational security objectives.•Identifies the implications of new technologies and upgrades on cybersecurity across the organization.•Communicates effectively with third parties in the event of a cybersecurity incident.•Reviews and, if appropriate, approves cybersecurity capabilities of proposed new technologies prior to organizational adoption. •Ensures that information relating to the organization's cybersecurity is appropriately managed, evaluated and shared.•Reviews the effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity controls against its strategic goals.•Ensures that cybersecurity training and awareness programs are carried out on a regular basis.
•Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or equivalent.•Minimum of 7 years of Experience.•Verbal and written communication. •Computer proficiency.•Microsoft Office.•Teamwork.•Time Management.•Excellent command of Arabic and English Language
