Packaging Documentation & Asset Management Specialist to join their dynamic international team. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in high-impact projects at the intersection of

What You'll Be Doing: - Take ownership of packaging data and documentation across the full product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including part number setup and change tracking.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple packaging and design projects simultaneously, ensuring they're delivered on time and to spec.
- Work with internal tools such as PLM systems (e.g., Oracle), Workfront, Google Workspace, and other in-house platforms.
- Serve as a key liaison between design, localisation, and product teams - streamlining requests, updating content, and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on business goals and deliver solutions that meet quality and scheduling requirements.
What We're Looking For: - 3+ years' experience in product documentation or asset management - ideally within consumer retail packaging or a similar sector.
- Strong working knowledge of BoM configuration and change control processes.
- Proficiency with systems such as Oracle PLM, Workfront, and collaboration tools (Office, Google Suite).
- A team player who can juggle priorities, show initiative, and keep things moving across departments.
- Experience working with localisation and multilingual packaging content is a strong plus.
